📋 Step 2: Getting to Know You & Your Dog

Before confirming your booking or appointment, I take time to understand your pup’s needs — coat condition, temperament, grooming history, and any special considerations. I’ll send the New Client Intake Form via text or email.

Please note: I take this step seriously because it protects your dog, your peace of mind, and the integrity of my work. It helps me tailor every appointment with care, comfort, and intention — so your pup feels safe and supported from the very start.

✅ Step 3: Appointment Confirmation

Once I’ve reviewed your details, I’ll confirm your appointment to be sure it’s the best fit for your pup. You’ll then receive a confirmation message with gentle reminders for drop‑off day — including what to bring and simple tips to keep your dog comfortable.
