Top notch Groomer!
As a Cavapoo owner I was extremely nervous when it came to a groomer, too many horror stories of your dog looking terrible after a groom.
My dog went to Jess from the beginning. I wasn’t sure how he would react as he didn’t do well around strangers, liked to growl and very skittish! From the moment we walked thru the door both my dog and I felt very comfortable! Jess was warm, gentle, and very affectionate. She took the time to get to know him and work through things that increased his anxiety, he hated the big dryer! She always treated him like her own and gave him one on one attention! At pickup time my dog looked how I envisioned, smelled amazing and had a cute seasonal bandana! Scheduling was easy since she recommended how often we should groom! Highly, highly recommend Jess! She is amazing and a real gem in the groomer world!

Jess @ Jess's Pampered Pups was an amazing and highly recommended groomer for my 1.5 year old, English Cream Retriever. "Charlie" went to Jess back when he was only a few months old and he instantly fell in love with her, the care, and the safe atmosphere she provided. She went above and beyond the expectations of Charlie, myself and my community. Charlie is currently in training to become a certified Therapy Dog. Jess always had Charlie looking professional and he had endless compliments on his appearance. Jess started out as a groomer for my two rescue dogs and ended up being a great friend as well. She was extremely easy to work with and very accommodating with any special needs. She dealt extremely well with my first rescue, Elvis. He is a Pom/Pekinese mix who is more hair than dog! Always looked cute enough for a showroom when she got done pampering him. My second rescue is a Westie mix. I was always very happy with her results as well.

When Jess told me she was leaving this area, I was sad for us but happy for her. She made our transition to a new groomer as painless as possible by forwarding all the grooming info. She truly loves animals, and I never felt nervous about leaving my pets with her. She treated them as she treated her own. Our loss is your gain. You will not be disappointed in Jess either professionally or personally. She is truly missed.

Sandy just had the best day at the Spa!!!!! Jessica has a special way with dogs, she was gentle with Sandy, and knew just when he was in need of a hug, Her work is excellent, so if you are looking for a great groomer, I recommend giving Jess a call and book your doggie day at the spa!!!!!!!

When our groomer cancelled Conway's appointment, I was at a loss because he needed to be groomed before I went away on a work trip. Someone suggested Jess's pampered pups. I emailed her and she was able to fit him in for a grooming. I dropped him off and went back 2 hours later and WOW... Conway looked AWESOME. she did a great job and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a groomer.

This awesome lady has the patience of an ANGEL! First she has to put up with me then she gets the challenge of my boy Diesel (Deutscher Wachtelhund) German Spaniel. He is a very high spirited, versatile Forest dog bred for finding sparse game over harsh conditions. He can cop a serious attitude and be uncooperative in a second (as we learned especially with an electric shears, and when exposed to water from a shower nozzle.) I received comments on how handsome he looked after his trim...Thanks for the excellent service.
